A microwave and fridge will be available. Tea, coffee and healthy snacks will be provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can attend with me?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your main birth support person should attend with you to learn the techniques you will be using when you are in labour. That could be the other parent of your baby, your mother or close friend. It is important that they are supportive of your birth choices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total cost to participate in the two workshops is $550. This also provides you with a workbook and downloadable resources, including tracks that can be played during labour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This needs to be paid prior to the commencement of the first workshop.
